We are honest about what we are. The Beach Club lounge and docks work well for groups of about 20 to 80 guests. Larger groups can fit with tenting and planning. Event Types We Host
Corporate Retreats and Off-Sites
Bring your team out of the office and onto the water. A typical day might start with a working session in the Beach Club lounge, lunch under the shade sails, and an afternoon sandbar cruise on one of our charter boats. We can pull together full-day or multi-day programs.
Private Parties
Birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, and any milestone you want to mark with the sunset behind you. Smaller groups use the lounge area. Bigger groups spread out across the docks and grounds.
Fundraisers and Galas
The Hidden Cove location makes for a memorable backdrop for nonprofit events. Our docks and lounge can be combined with a charter boat for a VIP donor cruise.
Brand Activations and Pop-Ups
Our Hamptons Event Pop-Up and Luxury Pop-Up service is built for brands that want a private venue with a real Hamptons feel. Past activations include Corporate Offsite events and product launches.
Photo Shoots and Film Production
The marina is a working photo set. The IPE wood docks, the Beach Club lounge, the boats, and the protected cove water all photograph well in the late afternoon. We work with production crews on permits, parking, and timing.

What Makes an Event Here Different
Marina and Charter Fleet Under One Roof
Most Hamptons event venues are venues. We are a working marina with our own fleet of 17 charter boats parked at the dock. You can host a cocktail hour on the dock and load guests onto a 51-foot Galeon or our 62-foot Pershing yacht for a sunset cruise. Then return to the dock for dinner. Few competitors can offer both options.
A Private "Hidden Cove" Location
The marina sits in what locals call Hidden Cove, on Mill Creek in Noyac. The cove is protected on three sides. You can hear the water but not the road. The Sag Harbor Express called this a "picturesque and protected" cove when the marina was redeveloped in 2023. For private events, that privacy is rare on the East End.
Mediterranean-Inspired Beach Club Lounge
The shaded lounge area on the dock has shade sails overhead, fine lawn furniture, family-style dining tables, and games like cornhole. We share a Weber gas barbecue and we hand out complimentary ice. The look has been described as Mykonos-inspired. It is a real outdoor space, not a built indoor venue, and that is part of the point.

Capacity and Group Size
Our outdoor lounge and dock area comfortably hosts about 20 to 80 guests. Larger groups are possible with tenting and planning. The minimum group size is whatever works for you. We have hosted private dinners for 12.
Season
Our event season runs May 1 through October 15, matching our charter season. June through September are peak. We book up quickly for July and August weekends.
Hours and End Times
Marina hours are 8 AM to 10 PM. We are good neighbors in a quiet residential hamlet, so music typically ends by 10 PM. We can work with you on a slightly later end time for special cases. Just ask in advance.
Parking
On-site parking is available for marina guests and event attendees. For events over 60 guests, we may suggest a shuttle from a nearby lot.
Rain and Weather Backup
This is an outdoor marina, so weather matters. We work with each client on a rain plan before booking. Options include a tent rental, a date change with advance notice, or moving the event into one of our covered indoor office spaces (The Beach House, depending on size and availability).
Catering
You can bring your own caterer or use one from our preferred vendor list. We do not lock you into a single caterer. We do require licensed and insured vendors.
Bar and Alcohol Service
You can bring your own bar service. Licensed bartenders are required for serving alcohol to guests.
Power, Water, and WiFi
The marina has 30, 50, 100, and 480-volt power on the docks, high-pressure water, and high-speed WiFi across the property.
Tent Rental
Tents are arranged through outside vendors. We can recommend rental companies who know the property.
Accessibility
The lounge area and main dock are step-free and accessible. Some boat boarding requires a step down. Let us know your accessibility needs in advance and we will work with you.
Add a Boat Charter to Your Event
Our fleet sits 30 feet from the lounge. Add-on charter experiences include:
- Sunset cruise on one of our motor yachts (about $3,000 value as a stand-alone)
- Sandbar day trip with anchor time at Cedar Point or similar
- Dock-and-dine cruise to Shelter Island, Greenport, or Montauk
- Photo shoot yacht charter for production crews
- Member or guest welcome cruise on the 122-foot Hamptons Event Yacht
Charter pricing is separate from the venue. We will quote both together for full-day or multi-day events.

The Beach Club lounge and main dock are step-free. Some boats require a step down to board. Tell us your needs in advance and we will plan around them.
Do you serve Sag Harbor Village or only Noyac?
Our address is in Noyac, about a 12-minute drive from Sag Harbor Village. We host clients from across the Hamptons and East End, including Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Southampton, and beyond.
Can we combine a land event with a boat charter?
Yes. This is what makes us different from most Hamptons event venues. Many of our events include a cocktail hour on the dock followed by a sunset cruise on one of our charter boats.
What happens if it rains?
We talk through a rain plan with every client before the booking is confirmed. Options usually include a tent, a date change with advance notice, or a smaller indoor backup in our office space.
Do you have a sound or end-time policy?
We are a good neighbor in a residential hamlet, so amplified music typically ends by 10 PM. We can sometimes accommodate slightly later end times. Just ask when you book.
