Picture your ceremony on a new Brazilian IPE wood dock. The water is 30 feet behind you. The sun is setting over Noyac Bay. Your guests are seated on a shaded outdoor lounge that locals say feels more Mykonos than Hamptons. That is a wedding at Yacht Hampton Boating Club & Marina. We are a 26-slip private marina in a quiet, protected cove on Mill Creek in Noyac. We host intimate waterfront weddings, rehearsal dinners, and full Hamptons wedding weekends from May 1 through October 15.

Charter pricing is separate. We will quote both together when we send your wedding proposal.

How We Handle Pricing

Wedding venues that hide pricing make couples nervous, and we get that. Our wedding venue rates depend on guest count, season, day of the week, and which spaces you use. We send a written proposal within one business day of your inquiry. The proposal includes what is in the base rate and what costs extra.

Generally, our rate covers the venue space, parking, lounge furniture, and basic property setup. Tents, catering, bar service, florals, and music are arranged through outside vendors. Charter boats are quoted separately.

Vendor Flexibility

You can bring your own caterer, florist, band, DJ, planner, or rental company. We do not lock you into a single in-house vendor. All outside vendors must be licensed and insured. We keep a list of trusted local pros we have worked with before, and we are happy to share it.

Why Hidden Cove for Your Sag Harbor Wedding

Privacy

Most Hamptons wedding venues share grounds with a restaurant, a hotel, or another business. Our marina sits in a protected cove with only one road in. That privacy is rare on the East End.

The Sunset

Our docks face west across Noyac Bay. In late June, sunset is about 8:30 PM. In late August, it is about 7:45 PM. Photographers love the golden hour from our docks.

Sag Harbor Village Is 12 Minutes Away

Your guests can stay in Sag Harbor Village hotels (American Hotel, Baron's Cove, Sag Harbor Inn). The village is a 12-minute drive from the marina, easy for shuttles and ride-shares.

Mediterranean Aesthetic

Many Sag Harbor venues lean into nautical-classic or country-club style. Our Beach Club look is Mediterranean, with shade sails and warm wood. Couples who want a Hamptons location without the traditional Hamptons look book us for that reason.

How many wedding guests can the marina host?

Our outdoor Beach Club lounge and docks comfortably host weddings of about 20 to 80 guests. With a tent and additional planning, we can accommodate up to about 120. We have hosted micro weddings for 12.

Do you have a backup plan if it rains?

Yes. Every wedding proposal includes a rain plan. Options include a tent on the grounds, a date change with advance notice, or moving smaller weddings into one of our three on-site indoor spaces (The Beach House is the most popular for this).

Can we use our own caterer and florist?

Yes. You can bring any licensed and insured outside vendors. We keep a list of trusted local pros we have worked with, but we do not require you to use them.

Where will my guests stay?

Sag Harbor Village hotels are 12 minutes away (American Hotel, Baron's Cove, Sag Harbor Inn). East Hampton, Southampton, and Shelter Island hotels are 15 to 30 minutes away. Many couples block rooms at one of the village hotels and arrange shuttles.

Can we do the ceremony on a boat and the reception on the dock?

Yes. This is one of the most popular formats for our wedding clients. Ceremony on the 122-foot Hamptons Event Yacht, then a short transfer back to the dock for cocktail hour and reception. We coordinate the timing.

Do you host rehearsal dinners as a standalone booking?

Yes. Many of our event clients book the marina for just the rehearsal dinner when their main wedding is at another Hamptons venue.

What's the end time for music and the bar?

We are a good neighbor in a residential hamlet, so amplified music typically ends at 10 PM. Bar service can continue afterward with quieter background music. We can sometimes accommodate a slightly later end time. Ask when you book.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The Beach Club lounge and the main IPE dock are step-free and accessible. Boarding a charter boat requires a step down. Tell us your accessibility needs in advance and we will plan around them.
