Hamptons party venues mostly come in two shapes. Restaurants where you get the back room and hear the main dining room through the wall. Or private estates, where you rent an empty space and then build everything from nothing at considerable expense.
Our marina is neither. It is a working waterfront with a Mediterranean-inspired Beach Club, a protected cove on Mill Creek, and boats coming and going all afternoon. As a private party venue, the setting does most of the work, which means your budget goes toward the people rather than toward making a room feel like somewhere.
We are at 51 Pine Neck Ave in the Pine Neck area of Noyac, about three miles from Sag Harbor village, and we operate as a waterfront event venue throughout the season.

You Are On the Water, Not Near It
There is a real difference between a venue with a water view and a venue where guests can walk out onto the docks. People move. They drift between conversations. Kids go look at the boats and come back.
That movement is what makes a party feel alive. Seated dining rooms fight it. Waterfront properties encourage it without anyone having to organize anything.
The Light Does the Decorating
The view changes across an evening. Late afternoon over the bay is one thing, and the half hour after sunset is another entirely.
You do not have to buy that, rig it, or hire anyone to build it. It arrives on schedule.
The Boats Are Right There
Our marina is the home base for the Yacht Hampton fleet. If part of your group wants to get on the water during the party, that is a conversation worth having when you book rather than an afterthought on the day. Very few private party venues in the Hamptons can offer that at all.

Milestone Birthdays
Fortieth, fiftieth, sixtieth, and the ones people would rather not number out loud. A waterfront setting handles a wide age range better than a loud restaurant does, because people can find the noise level they want.
Anniversaries
Quieter, usually smaller, often built around sunset. September and early October suit these well.
Graduations and Send-Offs
Late spring and early summer, usually with a wide mix of ages and a lot of movement. The docks absorb that easily.
Family Reunions
The hardest group to please, because half of them want to be on the water and half want to sit down and talk properly. A marina lets both happen at once without splitting the party into two.
Getting Here
The Distance Is the Point
We are roughly three miles from Sag Harbor village, so plan to drive rather than walk.
That distance is a feature, not a compromise. You get Hamptons waterfront without competing with village crowds or the August parking situation on Main Street. Guests arrive relaxed rather than already annoyed.
Arriving by Boat
Guests can come by water. Our transient dockage covers two slips and takes vessels from 13 to 57 feet with a maximum draft of five feet.
Tell arriving captains that the approach into Mill Creek is a privately dredged channel marked with private seasonal buoys rather than federal aids, and that timing around the tide matters. One sentence in your invitation saves several phone calls later.
Timing Your Party
Our season runs May 1 through October 31.
July and August book earliest, particularly weekends. If your date is fixed, call as far ahead as you can manage. If your date is flexible, look hard at September. The light on the bay is better, the crowds have thinned, and availability opens up considerably.
Sunset shifts by more than two hours between May and October. Build your schedule around your actual date rather than discovering the difference late.
Practical Details
The marina is open 24 hours and our team is on site year round. The property has WiFi.
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Appointments are recommended if you want to walk the property before deciding, and walk-ins are welcome.
Every party is different, so we do not publish a fixed package sheet. Tell us your date, your headcount, and what you picture, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Most party planning goes wrong in the same few places. Sorting these out first makes every later decision easier.
What Shape Is Your Group
A party where everyone already knows each other runs differently than one merging two or three separate circles. If you are mixing groups, you want movement and standing room. If everyone is already close, seated works better than people assume.
Tell us which one you have. It changes what we suggest.
When Does It End
An open-ended finish sounds relaxed and usually is not. Guests linger uncertainly, and the people who want to leave feel awkward going first.
Pick an end time and put it on the invitation. Nobody has ever been offended by knowing when a party stops.
What Happens If the Weather Turns
Any outdoor plan on the East End needs an answer to this, decided in advance rather than at four in the afternoon on the day.
Raise it when you call. It is a much easier conversation two months out.
How Loud Is This
Amplified music on the water carries further than people expect, and sound behaves differently across open water than it does between buildings. Wind direction matters too.
If music is central to your plan, say so early so we can talk through placement rather than discovering the issue on the night.
What We Do Not Provide
We would rather be straight with you than have you find out late.
We are a marina, not a full-service catering venue. We do not have an in-house kitchen brigade, a florist on staff, or an events department that will build your entire evening for you.
What we have is the property. Waterfront, docks, the Beach Club, and a team who knows this site, the same setting we use as an event venue in Sag Harbor for a corporate event venue booking or a private celebration. Most people bring in their own catering and vendors, and that works well here.
If you want a venue that hands you a fixed package and takes it from there, we are probably not the right fit. We will tell you that on the phone rather than three weeks in.
Book the Water, Not a Room
The best parties are the ones where people end up somewhere they did not plan to be, talking to someone they did not expect to. Waterfront property encourages that. Function rooms do not.
